Santa |
Still 11 days … | |
PreambleHide | Regarding the old Christmas ornaments St. Nicholas is not represented very often as a bishop with mitre and crook and other regalia. Much more commonly he appears as Santa, the Christmas man, with huge beard and severe face, dressed in a red, kneelong, furred greatcoat: the benevolent bestower who, on Christmas eve, is bringing the tree with toys and gifts to the children. |
